Hey Coach! Just wanted to give you an update.. I've started my first 3 game this season and feel incredible out there (after not getting much time last season). My coaches all say I'm a different player this year and way tougher to play against. I swear my power and speed are at a whole new level & I know it was my work in the gym with relentless!

Our team strength coach sent our WOMEN'S lacrosse team the exact program as the football team.. that when I knew I had to take my training into my own hands if I was gonna get ahead. Finding Relentless has been a god send! It's the first program I felt like is actually built for lax players. I'm already starting to notice little things on the field like faster cuts and cleaner dodges. Can't thank you guys enough!

Hey Kyle, just wanted to share some thanks to you and the Relentless team! I used the relentless program to prepare for my first season of d1 lacrosse. I really wanted to get focused with my training and earn game time my freshman season. All the coaches have said how impressed they were with my game & I really credit it a lot to the work I put in this summer. I've played every game this season (they originally said I'd play half) and I'm top 5 in points. Can't say enough good things about Relentless & will be training again next off-season!

This off-season has been huge for my game. My Coach told me last year that I had to get stronger to play more aggressive - and so I made it the priority that this off-season I'd focus on strength & condition more. Finding this program has truly been incredible. I love that it wasn't just heavy lifts but exercises I knew would get me stronger and more powerful on the field. My coaches have said I'm playing more confident and finding more offensive opportunties & I really credit my off-season training with your guys' programs.

I've been loving this program Kyle! I had done mainly heavy lift style programs in the past, but getting on this has been a game changer. I love that it's a mix of strength, power, and functional work. I really feel like I'm not just training muscle groups but actually "connecting" things for the first time & can really feel it in my speed and shooting work.

This off-season was the most productive I've ever had. My speed has improved, I've gained some muscle, and my body feels fantastic (the mobility work is so clutch). I swear this is the first off-season it feels like I actually trained like a lacrosse player and I'm coming back at a whole new level. Hey Coach Kyle, I just wanted to leave my review for the Relentless program. The program was very helpful for me preparing for my first year of college lacrosse. I made the risky decision to use this program instead of my college program because I felt this would better prepare me to play at the next level on the field vs just having a weight room program. I definitely feel this paid off because I’m feeling even faster than last season, I finished top 5 in most things for fitness testing, and I’ve been getting significant field time so far this season. I credit a lot of this to training with Relentless and all your guidance over the past few months. I’ll update you at the end of the season & will be back training relentless this year!

I swear you guys are undercharging for this… my old trainer charged me $250 a month for a program and it was no where close to as good as this. My body feels way better with all the mobility work, my shot is way harder, and I’ve really noticed my speed at a different level in drills on the field. Big props for this program!

I’ve been training seriously for a couple years now and had a solid routine, but then my dad randomly bought this program for me. I wasn’t sold originally, but promised I’d try a couple & figured I’d implement a couple of exercises and the mobility stuff into my own routine. But honestly after the first week I was all-in. The lifts were lighter (no heavy squats or BP) but the emphasis on more athletic movements was super challenging and I immediately understood why this would be so good for lacrosse. Any lax players considering this should definitely invest because it’ll change the way you train.

This was the exact type of training I was looking for. I was tired of doing the same basic workouts in the gym. These workouts were super challenging but definitely worth it because I’ve noticed my speed and power noticeably increase on the field (my dad & coaches have said the same). I’m leaving a review on behalf of my son (17) who used the Explosive program. I’ve been super impressed with both the program and the results. He told me that he wanted to get serious with training & it’s paid off because he’s opened this season as an absolute animal!!! He obviously says he’s gotten way stronger in the gym but as a parent you can really see it in his game. He’s just got that extra gear of speed and power that he didn’t have last season and it’s made a big difference. Coach Kyle was also awesome answering any questions he had throughout the program. Okay so I just wanted to share about my personal experience. I fell in loveee with Relentless. The workouts are perfectly structured to cover everything (speed, strength, conditioning, mobility, core) lax players need. And unlike my college workouts they’re not just “heavy lifts” - our college strength coach literally just gave all female teams the same program which was so annoying, so finding a lacrosse specific program has been a godsend. Literally 4 girls on my team all used this program this off-season and we’ve all had great results! Thank you Kyle and team!!

My coach told me I needed to get more explosive this season and I literally went home and started literally googling how to get more explosive for lacrosse and that’s when I found Relentless. I decided to just buy the program and use it instead of our team program this off-season and I immediately became OBSESSED with the workouts. This program is exactly what I needed. I was working out with a strength coach but his workouts were more football style with only heavy lifts. I decided I was going to train on my own this winter & when I found relentless I sent a message to Kyle with a couple of question. I coach high school lacrosse and just had my younger guy go through your relentless youth program. I want to make this training a prerequisite for all my future players. This is exactly how young lacrosse players should be training to create the foundations they need to thrive in this game. Don’t delay! It’s 100% worth the cost!! Okay for the moms (like me) that don’t want to spend money on something that isn’t going to ACTUALLY help their kids (or that they’ll enjoy) let me break down it.. THE GOOD: they clearly spent hundreds of hours building the programs the workouts really address everything (including speed and mobility), the exercises aren’t just “weight lifting” or bodybuilding, every time I checked in on their workouts I saw them doing some cool exercise (that I eventually stole for myself). THE BAD: I wouldn’t say there’s anything toooo bad.. Only downside is that sometimes the workouts are a little bit long, like 60 min+ (my kiddos would probably prefer 45) butttt I never had to prompt them, they always enjoyed the workouts and did them to completion (even the stretching which i was shocked with!!). Maybe better suited to kids that have done some training before? (my kids havent done a ton, but had been in the gym with their hockey teams). OVERALL: definitely worth the purchase, I love that it’s taught them to actually workout properly and they’ve said it’s definitely made them stronger and more powerful on the field which they love. We’ll definitely be repeating this program (loveee the lifetime access) and look to more relentless programs in the future!

This program is worth 10x the investment just in the fact that it teaches kids proper strength & conditioning from day 1 and how to be an athlete. Both of our kids used this (12 & 14) and loved that they had something they could follow that was specifically for lacrosse & we as parents loved knowing that they were doing the right things to become better athletes. Worth every penny.

This is the program that ALL youth lacrosse players in America should be using!! I’m a personal trainer myself but never had any experience training youth athletes or lacrosse players so when I wanted to get my young guy into training I found Relentless Lacrosse and let me tell you.. These guys are the REAL DEAL when it comes to training. The workouts are structured super intelligently, so many exercises I hadn’t seen before (and have since stolen for my clients!!) and is perfectly built for developing athletes. My guy loved his relentless workouts and is noticeably stronger than other kids his age on the field. Coach is calling him the ground ball champ haha! Big thanks for sharing this program!

Big vouch for this program. I wanted to throw on some muscle this off-season but still stay agile. This program was perfect. I added probably 10+ lbs but ended up getting wayyyy stronger on my fitness testing results over last year. I really liked how everything was lax specific too, it wasn’t just heavy lifts or football stuff. Big props for creating this, more lax players need this!

My first year of college I felt that I absolutely got beat up on the ball.. Guys don't realize the difference between college and high school lax you gotta play a lot stronger. So finding this program perfect for me honestly. I gained some solid muscle (didn’t really weigh in, just noticeable in the mirror) but saw all my lifts increase each week & feeling really good at training camp. Really enjoyed this program!

This program was the first time I felt that strength work was actually helpful for lacrosse. o My coach said I needed to get stronger to play D1 next season & so I wanted to change my training. My old trainer was big on strength lifts but I felt it was kinda general and old school. I really enjoy training with Relentless. The workouts are everything I need as a lacrosse player. I first used the Relentless Off-Season program but this year I wanted to add some more muscle to my body. Such a solid program.. All the workouts are a mix between “functional” stuff (not goofy exercises, just more full body stuff) and strength work. I went from about 180 to 192 which is huge for me because I’ve struggled to gain in the past. Great workouts that more lax players should follow.

Writing this on behalf of my son (14) who used the relentless size program. He had done some strength and conditioning in the past.. But he’s really gotten more focused on lacrosse this past year and wanted to get more serious with his training. I’m not sure how much muscle he's added but it’s visably noticeable even his coaches have commented. It’s improved every element of his game from shooting harder to ground balls. We’re super happy with his progress and we’ll be using relentless again in the future.

My college coach told me that adding strength would be one of the biggest improvements to my game and help me play in more “gritty” areas. Our son was told last year that he had the right skills but wasn’t strong enough to play hard teams. He came to us wanting to get into strength training and when I started look around at options out there I found the Relentless program. Hey Kyle, I just wanted to drop a quick note. I’m a physiotherapist so I’m SUPER picky with strength training, but reading through all your articles and seeing your approach to lacrosse training I knew that I had to get your program for my daughters. Our young guy has been going to the gym for a little while and he talked about wanting to get more into training to improve his lacrosse. We stumbled on Relentless Lacrosse looking for info on how we could create a routine for him (my wife used to be a PT) but then we found the Relentless Youth program and it was exactly what he needed. He’s been using it for the last 10 weeks or so and absolutely loves it. Hes got a couple buddies who are all following it now and swears its the reason why they are all shooting way harder. We’ll definitely be using more relentless programs & appreciate the work that’s been put into them!
